for ISED/IC Certification
ISED/IC Representation
If you’re a manufacturer outside of Canada applying for ISED/IC ID certification, you’re required by ISED (Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada) to appoint a Canadian Representative. This representative will handle inquiries from ISED and provide post-certification audit samples when necessary.

How it works?
- Initial Contact
Start by sending us a brief email or message describing your product and IC certification details. - Quotation
We will analyze your Canadian Representative needs and provide you with suitable service options and pricing for your review. - Agreement and Documentation
Once you agree with our pricing and select the appropriate service option (single IC ID, multiple IC IDs, service term, etc.), we will send you the necessary documents, including the service agreement and an ISED Letter of Attestation template. - Review and Sign
Review the service agreement, sign it, and fill in the required information on the Letter of Attestation. Return both documents to us for our review and signatures. - Finalization and Payment
We will send you the countersigned agreement and the signed Letter of Attestation, along with an invoice for payment. Payment is not required in advance. - Submission to Certification Body
Please note that you need to send the signed Letter of Attestation to the lab or Certification Body (CB) as part of your IC application package.
